Shipping Policy
COVID-19 shipping notice
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we’re experiencing higher than normal order volume. We are working hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, however, shipping may be delayed by up to 7 business days. Please bear with us as we work to get your order ready. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you with options as soon as possible.
Order processing
We strive to ship orders within three to five business days of the order being placed (weekends and holidays excluded).
Shipping addresses
Orders are shipped to valid Canadian addresses through UPS. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you submitted your order with a P.O. Box address, we’ll reach out and request an alternate shipping address.
Shipping method
We ship all orders via courier services like Canada Post and UPS. Couriers typically deliver on weekdays but may deliver on weekends. Use your order’s tracking information to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you.
If at the time of delivery someone is not present to receive packages, the courier may leave your ordered item(s) at the shipping address or reroute to the nearest pick-up point. Please note, for apartment buildings without concierge service, packages are typically rerouted to a pick-up point.
If you are unable to collect your package(s) from the pick-up point, unfortunately, we cannot reship the item(s). If left uncollected, the package(s) are returned to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will automatically process a refund, excluding any shipping fees.
Shipping fees
Orders within Canada- Free shipping on orders over $200.00.*
- UPS rates apply to all the other orders
Duties and import fees that may be levied on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
(*) We may be unable to fulfill orders if the shipping location is in a remote area or in an area not fully serviced by our courier partners. In these rare cases, we will contact you with options. We very much want you to try our products! If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will provide a full refund.
